This is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and the Florida Nursing Students Association (FNSA), which governs your use of any products, resources, services, or materials (“Products”) obtained through this website, www.fnsa.net, or any related domains or subdomains (the “Site”).

Throughout these Terms, “you” and “your” refer to any individual accessing or using the Site. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Florida Nursing Students Association (FNSA).

All Products are the intellectual property of FNSA unless otherwise stated.

You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

PURPOSE OF FNSA

The Florida Nursing Students Association is a professional student organization dedicated to supporting nursing students through leadership development, advocacy, education, and service. The Site provides resources and services aligned with FNSA’s mission and goals.

All Products and materials are non-refundable and non-returnable. All sales are final.
