Resolutions
Resolutions are student-written proposals that address important issues in nursing, healthcare, and public policy. They are presented and voted on at the FNSA Annual Convention, and approved resolutions guide the organization’s advocacy priorities. Through resolutions, students develop leadership, research, and professional advocacy skills while making a meaningful impact on the future of nursing.

Advocacy & Legislation
FNSA empowers nursing students to be strong advocates for patients, communities, and the nursing profession. Through education on healthcare policy, legislative involvement, and participation in the House of Delegates, students gain the skills needed to influence meaningful change at the local, state, and national levels. By engaging in advocacy initiatives, monitoring legislative issues, and supporting evidence-based resolutions, FNSA helps shape the future of nursing and public health.

FNSA hosts statewide events that support leadership development, professional growth, and student engagement. Our Annual Convention brings together nursing students from across Florida for delegate sessions, educational workshops, keynote speakers, competitions, networking, and scholarship opportunities.
