EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
The Executive Committee is a closed FNSA committee, consisting only of the 1st Vice President, 2nd Vice President, Secretary-Treasurer, and headed by the President. This committee deals with any emergent and time-sensitive issues that may be more efficiently resolved in a smaller group meeting called upon by the President as they seem fit. Though other board members are always welcome and encouraged to join these meetings, only the executive committee members hold voting power. Please note that the 2025 FNSA House of Delegates has voted to separate the offices of Secretary and Treasurer, meaning that the Executive Committee will have a total of five members upon the adoption of the 2026 FNSA Bylaws.
-
The FNSA President chairs the Executive Committee for one year. Other committee members include the 1st Vice President, 2nd Vice President, and the Secretary-Treasurer, each of whom also serve for one year following the FNSA Convention.
