POLICIES COMMITTEE
Policies, like bylaws, help guide us on running our organization. If bylaws are the foundational, legally binding rules that dictate how an organization is governed, policies are the practical, flexible guidelines that dictate day-to-day operations and management. Though these internal guidelines do not carry the same official legal weight, they ensure compliance. Because policies are more flexible by nature, they can be easily updated, added, or removed by the board as needs change. Please note that the 2025 FNSA House of Delegates has voted to combine the Policies Committee with the Bylaws and Peer Review Committees upon the adoption of the 2026 FNSA Bylaws.
