FNSA Region 4 – Active Chapters by County

Nicole Erickson proudly serves as the Region 4 Director for the Florida Nursing Students Association (FNSA). She is currently a nursing student at Pasco-Hernando State College (PHSC) and also serves as the Breakthrough to Nursing (BTN) Committee Chairperson for FNSA.

As Region 4 Director, Nicole works to support nursing students throughout the region, strengthen communication among local nursing programs, and encourage greater involvement within FNSA. Through her leadership, she helps connect students with opportunities for professional development, networking, advocacy, and participation at both the regional and state levels.

In her role as Breakthrough to Nursing Committee Chairperson, Nicole supports FNSA's efforts to introduce prospective students to the nursing profession and increase awareness of educational and professional opportunities within nursing. Through BTN initiatives and regional engagement, she looks forward to helping students explore nursing, become involved in FNSA, and build connections that support their future in the profession.

The Florida Nursing Students Association (FNSA) Region 4 proudly represents nursing students across Citrus, Hardee, Hernando, Highlands, Hillsborough, Manatee, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk, and Sumter counties. Covering a broad area of West Central Florida, Region 4 brings together nursing students and programs from communities throughout the region. Through FNSA, students have opportunities to connect across schools, strengthen their leadership skills, participate in professional and community initiatives, and become more involved in the nursing profession. Together, Region 4 students and chapters form a collaborative network focused on student engagement, professional growth, advocacy, and preparing the next generation of nurses for leadership and practice.
