Justice Guanill is a Bachelor of Science in Nursing evening student at AdventHealth University and serves as the Florida Nursing Students Association (FNSA) Hotline Editor.

She’s passionate about student engagement and professional communication, Justice oversees the creation and publication of the FNSA Hotline, ensuring nursing students across Florida remain informed, connected, and supported.

Her interests include leadership development, evidence-based practice, and community outreach. Through her role, she strives to amplify student voices, highlight nursing achievements, and foster collaboration within the future nursing workforce.

The responsibilities are as follows:

The Hotline Editor shall:

(a) Be Chairperson of the Committee on Image of Nursing.

(b) Serve as the Awards Coordinator and select judges from a pool as voted on by the Executive Board, which may consist of the Consultants and/or Executive Board members to serve on the panel for each award. Maintain records of all award winners from previous years.

(c) Work to increase public media presentations of nurses as professionals to promote a positive image of nurses and of the profession.

(d) Be responsible for sending state news to the Imprint editor of NSNA.

(e) Maintain and update the FNSA social media accounts and website.

(f) Perform all other duties pertaining to the office.
