Dylan is currently serving his first year as a board member of the Florida Nursing Students Association (FNSA) Board and holds the position of Bylaws Committee Chairperson.

He is enrolled in the University of Florida's Accelerated BSN Program at the Jacksonville campus, where he also serves as the Co-Chair of the Student Nurses Association chapter.

Alongside his academic responsibilities, Dylan has worked for three years as an Emergency Department Technician at UF Health Jacksonville, an experience that has shaped his passion for emergency nursing and strengthened his dedication to high-acuity patient care. He plans to continue working in emergency medicine after his graduation in August 2026.

Outside of nursing, Dylan enjoys working on cars and participating in motorsports. He loves building, modifying, and racing vehicles, a hands-on hobby that feeds his problem-solving mindset and technical skills—qualities he believes will make him a stronger and more resourceful nurse.

His long-term goal is to become a nurse educator, where he hopes to support students, strengthen learning environments, and help guide the next generation of nurses.
